Christmas 2008

Christmas was a blast this year! Charlie "got it" a little more and so it made things fun! Mimi and Papa had their annual Christmas Eve party. We saw all of our best friends and celebrated the most wonderful time of the year with the people we love the most. Grandmother came over Christmas morning to our house and then we all went over to Mimi and Papa's house for lunch. Charlie was on complete overload by 10am! He slept through lunch and had only a PopTart to eat the whole day, but it was all worth it! Here are some of the highlights from a fun-filled day!

I went to Mimi's club today to have breakfast with Santa. My cousins Anna Jane and Ally came with me. I also invited my friend Jamison. He is kinda little, but he had fun too! When we were there we also saw my friend Brody. Mommy, Jessi (Jamison's mommy) and Emily (Brody's mommy) have been friends since they were little kids. It was so fun to have so many special people there together. I loved seeing Santa too! I sat in his lap and I wasn't even scared! I hope he remembers that I want blue presents for Christmas!

Cousins Galore

All of my cousins came to visit me for Thanksgiving! It was a wild week! I had dance parties at Mimi's house with all the girls and I got to be a part of Baby Jackson's baptism. It was a wonderful celebration of family for Thanksgiving! I am a lucky boy!

I Knew This Day Would Come

I have been watching all of my friends fall victim to the blogger world, and I swore I would never do it. Never say never. With the clock ticking closer and closer towards the arrival of our newest addition, I figured why not! I thought I would keep track of Charlie's life through a scrapbook, but quickly learned that was a joke. So, maybe I will be better at chronicling the next life I am responsible for if I do it this way! Let's see!
